Description of MarkThe mark consists of an oval patch with a rectangular piece on top and bottom. The top piece is outlined in blue with a light blue background. It covers about 1/4 of the entirety of the oval. There is red text within the top piece that says "SideArms". The main oval patch has a dark blue background. Within the background, there are four symbols. The bottom-most symbol is a red outlined fire department symbol with a white field. Only about 1/3 of the left-hand side of the symbol is visible, the whole bottom of the symbol is visible and about 1/6 of the right hand side of the symbol is visible. The rest of the sides of the fire department symbol are obscured by other symbols. On top of the fire department symbol is a gold-outlined police star-shaped badge which has six points. It has a white field. The four left-most points of the star are visible. Half-way down the sides of the star is visible but the two remaining points on the right side are obscured by other symbols. On top of the police star is a bluish cream colored EMT symbol. About 1/8th of the upper left side of the EMT symbol is covered by the red portion of the rose. Beginning in the lower left hand side in the white field of the fire department symbol and continuing upward to cover the EMT and police symbols as previously stated is a green-stemmed red rose. There are white marks throughout the red portion of the rose which are meant to simulate flower petals. The bottom portion of the oval has a blue rectangular shaped attachment with a white field. The text in the field has the word "Tupelo" in red lettering written within it.
