| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a black square design. In the center of the square is an oval with a white border and a stylized eagle within the oval, with outstretched wings and looking rightward. The eagle's head and beak appear in white, with gray shading and the features outlined in black. The chest portion of the eagle appears in black. The wings appear in light gray with the top portion of the feathers in white and the lower portion of the feathers appearing in dark gray. The wings are outlined in black. There are two vertical white lines appearing below each side of the wings and extending to the top border of the banner design. The eagles wings extend beyond the oval border. Across the chest of the eagle is the stylized term "SARACHA" within a banner-type design that has three black circles on the right and left edges of the banner. There is horizontal lining in light gray and black between the circles. The top portion of the term "SARACHA" appears in white with the lower portion of the term appearing in light gray. The border of the banner appears in white. Below the "ARACH" portion of "SARACHA" are horizontal lines in light gray and white, bordered in black and white, that fill the lower portion of the oval. The lower portions of the banner extending outward on the right and left of the oval contain horizontal lining that appears is white and dark gray, bordered in black and white. There are six, five-pointed white stars arching upward along the curved lower border of the oval. On the top border of the horizontal banner are two overlapping black circles on each end of the border. The background area for the top portion of the oval, behind the eagle, contains horizontal lines in light gray and dark gray and ten black circles arching downward from the top, inner portion of the oval border. Arching downward from above the oval border at the top of the mark and centered above the eagle's head are six, five-pointed white stars. On the left and right sides of the stars are two overlapping black circles. |
