| Description of Mark | The mark consists of an orange label for the neck of an alcohol beverage bottle. At the center of the label appears the design of a green ornamental plate with white screws in each corner. In the middle of the plate, the wording "RM 525" appears in white stylized letters with the shadows appearing in orange. There is a thin white interior border on the plate. The plate is surrounded by a starburst pattern comprised of green lines emanating from the center above and below the plate against a white background. The starburst pattern is surrounded by curved green lines on the top and bottom, which are then outlined by a thin white line. To the right and left of the central plate are two outward curved lines in silver. On the left appear the words "MADE IN" shown sidewise, facing inward and read from the bottom up. The words are in white letters and a stylized font, are outlined in green, and the bottom of the letters follow the arc of the curved line to the right. On the right appears the word "ITALIA" shown sidewise, facing inward and read from the top down. The word is in white letters and a stylized font, is outlined in green, and the bottom of the letters follow the arc of the curved lined to the left. Vertical silver lines appear to the left of the words "MADE IN" and to the right of the word "ITALIA". The left and right ends of the label depict ornate white and red designs of grape vines and bunches of grapes, which design elements wrap around and are visible on the back of the bottle. The top and bottom of the label have two borders. The first border is comprised of two white lines enclosing short white diagonals against the green background. The outermost border is comprised of plain silver lines. |
