| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a rectangular device with a black background. The bottom portion of the design consists of three rectangular label like designs which appear in the color tan and contain the words "RICH CRÉME" in the color white in each rectangular design. The center tan label design also contains the words "AL FAKHER" in gray along with the Arabic equivalent and the words "SPECIAL EDITION" in black (this appears twice). Above the tan labels are numerous vanilla floral designs appearing in the colors peach, yellow and orange. Behind each flower are vanilla bean pods in the color brown. Appearing in the background are records shaded for the color gray with a tan circular label and white center point. Also appearing in the color tan are numerous musical notations in the form of clefs and eighth notes. There are also numerous playing cards and dice which appear in white with black indicia. Located toward the bottom of the designs are two white hookahs which have numerous tan tear drop figures emanating therefrom. There are also many other tan tear drop designs throughout the overall design. Connecting the two hookahs is a vine like strand in the color white. |
