| Description of Mark | The mark consists of There is a long, brown cartoon dog. The head sits atop a brown neck and has two ears pointed upward directly above the eyes. The left ear angles slightly to the left and the right ear angles slightly to the right. There is a pink stripe running vertically down the middle of each ear. The face of the dog has two black eyes directly below the ears and slightly under the top of the head, a black nose in the middle of the face, three black freckles on each side of the nose in the shape of a triangle, a black smile below the nose and slightly above the bottom of the face with 2 black curved lines in the shape of the bottom part of a shallow circle at each end of the smile ending directly under the freckles on each side, and a pink tongue outlined in black with a black stripe down the middle. The tongue is hanging out of the left side of the smile at a slight downward angle to the left. The head and neck form a stylized capital letter P to form the first letter "P" of the word POOKERCHIEFS in brown, while the following letters "OOKERCHIEFS" are capitalized and in purple within the body of the dog moving from left to right. There is a small, brown, pointed tail in the middle of the back end of the body of the dog. The tail angles up and slightly to the right. On the bottom of the dog's body, to the right of and under the purple letter "S" and before the rounded end of the body, there is a brown leg which is straight and has a rounded foot pointed to the left at the bottom of the leg. There is a reversible bandana with clips underneath the brown "P" and purple "OO". The bandana is shaped like an upside-down triangle with the right upper side having a vertical line angling straight upward to connect with the top horizontal line of the triangle. The vertical line on the upper right side forms the bottom of a shallow triangle within the upside-down larger triangle. The tip of the smaller triangle points to the left. This smaller triangle is outlined in black. One black, rectangle-shaped clip is attached to the left point of the larger upside-down triangle, and the other black bowtie-shaped clip is attached to the left point of the smaller triangle. The smaller triangle has the following colors and patterns: a pink vertical stripe right next to the bowtie-shaped clip; to the right of that is a light blue vertical stripe that contains within it the top half of a white polka dot at the bottom left of that stripe (bordering with the adjacent pink stripe to the left) and the bottom half of a white polka dot at the top of the stripe, slightly off center; to the right of that is another pink vertical stripe that contains within it a whole, white polka dot at the bottom right edge of that stripe; to the right of that is a light blue vertical stripe that contains within it a complete, white polka dot at the top of the stripe, slightly off center to the right. The rest of the larger upside-down triangle that makes up the bandana is solid purple. Underneath the point of the upside-down triangle is another brown leg which is straight and has a rounded foot pointed to the left at the bottom of the leg. |
