| Description of Mark | The mark consists of The L.O.L.A. Symbol. L.O.L.A. = Living On Loving Always. The universal symbol of the eternal life, of the infinite love, between exactly 2 beings who exist or have ever existed.The properties of, components for, and shapes appearing in, The L.O.L.A. Symbol, for both the 2 dimensional version for print on clothing and all textiles, and the 3 dimensional version for personal or home adornment, accessories, metal hardware, sculpture, and all "hard purposes" are as follows: 1.) 2 (two) outlined Hearts of the exact same size and shape. The identical Hearts may have either straight lines on both sides, from their respective bottom points up to their double curved tops, or slightly curved lines on both sides from the bottom points up to the double curves. The width of the outlines of both Hearts, is exactly the same thickness. 2.) 1 (one) outlined Infinity Shape, created by the 2 (two) identical hearts, intersecting at their respective tops. The width of the line defining this Infinity Shape, is the exact same thickness as that of the outlines of the Hearts. 3.) 1 (one) outlined Elliptical Oval which frames the other 3 (three) elements/shapes/components and touches the 3 (three) shapes at 4 (four) separate points on the completed interior design: Horizontally at 2 (two) end points on each side of the infinity shape, and vertically at 2 (two) end points both top and bottom of the interior design. The width or thickness of the line that makes this oval frame, is either of the same exact thickness as..or narrower than all lines in interior design. Technical Details of layout: 2 (two) outlined hearts of the exact same size and shape intersect each other at their widest points, as one is positioned right side up and one is positioned upside down. As the identical shapes intersect with each other by crossing both hearts' respective double curved tops, the infinity shape is created in line form which appears side to side, is in the exact center of complete design, and defines the widest horizontal line across interior of emblem. The elliptical oval as described above in "elements and components", frames and encase the intersected hearts and makes contact at 4 (four) points of the symbol's interior design: The 2 widest, horizontal points, which are the end points of the intersecting tops of both hearts and has resulted in the Infinity Shape being formed - and, at the 2 (two) vertical length points (at central top and central bottom of design) which are the pointed bottoms of both respective hearts, in the positions in which they are placed. The result is 1 (one) continuous and complete emblem made either from 1 (one) continuous line, or 2 (two) continuous lines in the case of a 2 dimensional version that features a parallel shadow line, leaving space for one or more colors to be filled in. |
