| Description of Mark | The mark is a motion mark. The moving image features a bouncing ball bouncing across a room. During the moving image sequence, the ball, which is at the back of the room, begins to bounce forward in a slow, animated arc-like motion, with a tail of balls of diminishing sizes trailing behind signifying an exaggerated bouncing movement, moving first to the left and then reversing direction to the right on the first bounce. The ball grows increasingly larger in circumference with each bounce as the bouncing movement propels it forward on the screen. The second bounce propels the ball directly forward, with the ball growing very large, almost filling the screen until it impacts with the screen, stopping the forward movement, causing the ball to bounce off the screen, propelling it backwards into a bounce that then propels the ball into a slightly right and forward motion. At this point in the sequence, the ball appears to be fixed in mid-air, with a tail of balls of diminishing sizes extending from the left of the ball towards the floor in an arc. The moving image sequence concludes with the ball spinning to the right, revealing the words "INTRU 3D" written across the ball. The duration of the moving image is approximately six seconds. The drawing represents five stills from the moving sequence, showing the appearance, direction and movement of each bounce. |
