| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the words "HOBO" in block letters with illustrations of 2 girls and "CHIC" in script and cursive font. The "H" in "HOBO" is in outline form with one of the illustrated girls in front of it. She is standing with one leg in front of the other with her left hand touching her ear and her right arm slightly bent, holding a gobo stick with a bag hanging from it to form the letter "H". The girl is wearing a cardigan sweater with the black tights and flat shoes. She also wears a long necklace and stud earrings. She has black hair put up in a bun. The bag hanging off the stick is a rectangle shape with a design of 2 straps on the front with stud decoration. It hangs off the stick with or by the long shoulder strap.
