| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the design features of the front of a cereal box package. The dotted outline of the packaging is intended to show the position of the mark and is not part of the mark. A banner design which has the words "GOLDEN FOODS" in white letters on a red background appears in the upper left corner. Two wavy lines in blue and yellow appear at the bottom of the banner design and underneath the term "GOLDEN" followed by the term "FOODS". Below the banner appears a fanciful alligator character dressed in a brown and light brown vest outlined in black. The alligator character holds a brown and light brown safari style hat in his right arm above his head. The colors green and light green appear on the depiction of the body, hands, tail and face of the alligator. The color yellow appears on the alligator's torso, neck, chin and spikes on the back of his tail and on the back of his neck.
