| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a frontal view of a bull's face and head resting upon hops. The bull has two curved horns. Flames emit from the bull's eye sockets. There is a small hop design between the bull's eyes. The words "fracas red" appear above the bull's head in lower case stylized lettering, with the word "fracas" appearing above the word "red". Within the word "fracas", the first letter "a" and the letter "c" appear between the bull's horns. Also within the word "fracas", a portion of the letter "r" is touched by the left bull's horn, and the second letter "a" and the letter "s" in the word "fracas" are touched by the right bull's horn. The word "red" appears between the bull's horns, with the letter "e" in the word "red" resting upon the top and center of the bull's head. Centered above the word "fracas" are two concentric circles with a diamond shape in the center of the inner circle. In the top of the space between the two circles is the wording "BREWING" in all caps and in the bottom of the space between the two circles is the wording "COMPANY" in all caps. The word "BLACK" is written in all caps at an upwards angle (upward going from left to right) on the left side of the concentric circles with the letter "K" in the word "BLACK" crossing into the space of the two concentric circles.
