| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a circular ring with the words "FOOD JUSTICE CERTIFIED" around the outside of the top of the ring. Within the ring, a hand graphic extends from the lower-right of the ring and grasps a branch, which extends from the bottom of the ring. Three leaves extend from the top of the branch. One of the leaves crosses and extends from the top of the branch past the top of the ring, and the two other leaves extend to the left and to the right of the branch, intersecting with the upper-left and upper-right of the ring but not extending past the ring. A vine encircles the branch above and below where the hand grasps the branch. The vine encircling the branch ends below the three leaves of the branch, and a horizontal bar with a pair of weighing scales extends out to the left and to the right of the branch where the vine ends. The horizontal bar appears directly below and partially under the two leaves that extend out to the left and to the right of the branch, and the horizontal bar intersects with and ends at the ring to the left and to the right.
