| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a figurative mark on a background in blue, with it being darker in the upper left side and gets lighter towards the bottom right, containing the four words "FLOATING BANDS COCHLEA ANALYZER" in white with dark grey shading placed at the top center underneath the acronym "FBCA" in white with dark grey shading, and a figure, placed on the left-hand side, of a man seated on an office chair, in light grey and dark grey, white, silver and black, working at a computer in light grey and dark grey, black and silver placed on a transparent desk. From a modular rectangular device on top of the computer, both in light grey, black and dark grey, a laser beam emerges in light green and shades of green with a light purple halo outline which crosses the entire image of the trade mark from left to right and arrives at the ear of the right-hand side of a human face in light grey and dark grey, silver, black, with pink and shades of pink cheeks. In this face, a closed eye is also visible with a black line where the eye is closed.
