The banner is outlined in black and the green polygon echoes the shape of the edge of the banner which juts out on each side of the polygon shape. Behind the banner is an inner circle with an orange background outlined in black. There is a design of a torch with orange, yellow and red coloring for flames reaching to the top and past the polygon. One flame at the top resembles a bird with a wing in yellow with black outline, with another red flame outlined in black echoing the yellow wing shape and edged in black. The torch has a black stick shape which runs through the center of the design and at the bottom of the torch just beneath the banner is a white oval shape outlined in black.
