| Description of Mark | The mark consists of two concentric circles; the inner circle is black, the outer circle is white with black outline on the outer edge. In the center of the black circle is an image of an automobile license plate. The license plate is a white, rectangular shape with black outlines of its features, such as the four openings used to attach a plate to the automobile and the thin outline of the frame of the plate. Inside of the license plate is the acronym "A.L.P.C.A." The letters are outlined in black, three dimensional and capitalized. The front faces of the letters and the periods are shaded in black and the other faces are hollow, showing the white background of the license plate. Above the image of the license plate is the phrase "MEMBER," in white, capitalized letters. Below the license plate is the phrase "FOUNDED 1954" also in white, capitalized letters with the year below the word.
