| Description of Mark | The mark consists of "ZOTE Finas Escamas" and design, namely the word "ZOTE" in large upper case letters in white in the middle of a blue oval disk. The word "JABÓN" centered above the word "ZOTE" and the word "BLANCO" centered below the word "ZOTE" both appear in all upper case letters in white, but in a smaller font. Above and to the left of the blue oval are two blue swoosh elements; to the lower right are two additional blue swoosh elements. Below the blue oval are the words "finas escamas" in white lower case letter, outlined in blue on a background of blue stylized soap bubbles which circle the blue oval design. Below that phrase and the soap bubbles are the words "Listo para usarse" in blue letters. Above the blue oval design is a gray zipper with its base at the upper right of the mark and its opened top at the left edge of the mark. The zipper is most of the way open and has a three-pointed crown on an oval fob on its closing mechanism. In the zipper opening are thin white soap flakes. On either side of the zipper is a blue fabric-like appearance created by horizontal lines. The broken lines above the blue oval are not claimed as part of the mark and are used to show placement of the mark on packaging. |
