The mark will serve the trademark and and Tradedress as intended and described below upon transferring ownership to the trust, but will remain under the ownership, control, power, authority, authorization, permissions, and licensing granted by myself, Caze Thomas, who will use it in the same manner, as would the Trust which is also under the authorization, permissions, authorizing, control, powers, licensing granted by Caze Thomas who is also the primary beneficiary of the Trust. This mark represents a private social networking club and society called ZeyHaloNation which contains and has its own technology for Proprietary offline , online, and Wi-Fi communication social networking platforms. It also has its own technology of software, Smart Mega Shopping Stores called Zay Halo LLC, land vehicles, air, space, and water crafts, hardwares, robotics, computers, communication devices, Smart Ecosystems, Financial economics and ecosystems, business structures and business models called Halo gnomes, communication languages, computer languages, Currency, Entertainment economic models and ecosystems, law and governance, as well as libraries, Medical technologies, museums, preservatories, repositories, and investment banking systems. All of the intellectual properties that are exclusively licensed, pledged, and/or permitted to ZeyHaloNation is licensed, pledged, and/or permitted by the Trust of ZeyHaloNation to provide unique services which includes, uses, and comprise of all of the inventions, ecosystems, and new technologies and invented and created by Caze Thomas. Caze Thomas and ZeyHaloNation are both beneficiaries of the Trust.
