| Description of Mark | The mark consists of an oval carrier with a thin white band bordering it. Inside the oval carrier, centered and vertically stacked near its top, is the wording "YEAGER'S YARD", in brown, stylized lettering having a white border, with the word "YEAGER'S" above the word "YARD". The bottom half of the word "YARD" is also a slightly lighter shade of brown than the rest of this wording. Behind this wording is a blue sky with a white cloud near its center, which occupies much of the top half of the oval carrier. In the middle of the oval carrier is a stylized, red, white, and blue American flag, which is unfurled to the left on a white flag pole with a grey base. This stylized flag design extends into the sky from a green, stylized landscape/ground, which occupies most of the bottom half of the oval. Stylized, brown fencing also extends from left to right, positioned on the green landscape, near the oval's bottom, with the black silhouette of a cat walking along its top. Also, on the landscape/ground, to the left of the flag design, are black silhouettes of a horse and dog, as well as the green and yellow portion of a bush set to the leftmost side of the landscape/ground. To the right of the flag design is a stylized crimson and red barn, shown partly in profile, with white-accented windows and doors that also have small black hinges. This stylized barn also has black roof surfaces, outlined partially in brown, and a stylized grey and white silo that is partially visible behind it. A small patch of tall, stylized, green grass is to the right of the silo design, and a green and yellow stylized tree is partially obscured by, and set behind, the barn and silo. Below the sky and above the landscape/ground, and set behind the other design elements, which partly obscure them, are the blue and grey silhouettes of mountains. The white appearing outside of the oval carrier, beyond its white-banded border, represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. |
