| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the words "XODABii Premium Vodka From The Motherland" in stylized font above a modified Akofena crossed swords Adinkra symbol. The center circle on the left blade is imbedded with a depiction of a crescent moon in the night sky. On the right blade, the center circle is surrounded with sunrays in the shape of triangles with a semicircle at their base. The bottom half of the sword on the left contains a solid circle with the letter "B" imbedded; and below and slightly left is found another solid circle imbedded with a five-pointed star. A closed fist with five fingers visible is situated at the base of the sword on the left. The bottom half of the sword on the right contains a solid circle with the letter "M" imbedded; and below and slightly right is found another solid circle that is plain without any imbedded elements. At the base of the sword on the right is a symbol of a traditional African ancestral stool. Detached from the swords and below the intersection points of the blades is found a plain solid circle situated in between the circle with the imbedded star and the other plain solid circle without imbedded elements near the base of the right sword. |
