Above the banner inside the shield are the words "WYO PARKS" in white with a white bison silhouette between the two words and a white dot before and after the words, all on a brown background. Below the banner inside the shield there is a silhouette of a female anthropomorph in white with a horned headdress, and the top of the right horn is cut off by the banner. To the right of the female anthropomorph is another silhouette of a white female anthropomorph, and its right foot and a portion of its left foot are cut off by the shield.
