| Description of Mark | This mark consists of a white oval with an overlapping red oval outlined in white, inside the second oval is an asymmetrical white oval overlapped by a red circle which has a smaller white outline around the red circle. The red circle outlined in white which overlaps the white oval, the red oval outlined in white and the white oval, respectively, contains an upside-down white spoon in the right side of the circle. The handle of the upside down white spoon points upwards to the left and a white upright fork is on the furthest right side of the red circle, of which the top of the fork points slightly to the right. In between the upside down white spoon, which is on the left and upright fork on the right, are two images that are of the same shape that exhibit chopsticks. The two white images resembling chopsticks are positioned as to slightly come to a point at the top while the bottom of the two chopsticks are positioned slightly further from one another. The mark also consists of large yellow writing below the overlapping ovals containing the images of the spoon, chopsticks and fork, respectively, that reads "Wok Empire". "Wok Empire" is positioned in upward wrapped text that borders the entire bottom half of the oval mark described above. The entire backdrop of the mark is black, however the mark does not contain the color black within. |
