Description of Mark | The mark consists of the side-view design of an inflatable lounging device that is pink in color. The overall design consists of two interconnected tubes with a trough between them, with one of the tubular sections appearing fully and the top of the other tubular section visible partially. The fully visible tubular section shows a closed right edge with corners at the top and bottom. A rectangular tag is attached to, and protrudes from, the right edge. The left edge of the tubular section is rounded. A silver, rectangular mesh area appears in the middle-right of the tubular section that is fully visible, and also contains a small, rectangular tag that is attached to, and protrudes from, the rectangular area's lower right edge. A design that is silver in color appears on both rectangular tags that consists of three vertical lines that are placed closely next to one another, with each line curving almost in on itself. The right-most line begins at the bottom and continues to straight up before curving rightward and almost on itself. The middle line is the longest of the three lines. The middle line begins to the left of the right-most line, with the middle line's bottom edge shifted slightly above the right-most line's bottom edge. The middle line continues up and then curves rightward almost onto itself, but stopping just before touching the curve of the right-most line. The left-most line is the shortest of the three lines. The left-most line begins to the left of the middle line, with the left line's bottom edge shifted slightly above the middle line's bottom edge, and continues up before curving leftward and almost on itself. A design that is silver in color appears in the upper right area of the fully visible tubular section that consists of the words "Wind" and "Pouch" written in a stylized font with the word "Wind" appearing above the word "Pouch". Three lines that are stacked one on top of the other, appear to the right of the words, with each line curving almost in on itself. The bottom-most line's left edge begins below the letter "d" in "Wind" and above the letter "c" in "Pouch", continues to the right of the words and then curves downward and almost on itself. The middle line is the longest of the three lines. The middle line begins above the bottom line, with the middle line's left edge shifted slightly to the right of the bottom line's left edge and also to the right of the letter "d" in "Wind". The middle line continues to the right of the words and then curves downward almost onto itself but stopping just before touching the curve of the bottom line. The top-most line is the shortest of the three lines. The top-most line begins above the middle line, with the top line's left edge shifted slightly to the right of the middle line's left edge, and continues to the right of the words before curving upward and almost on itself. |
