| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a stylized rectangular arrangement of colored shapes, features and line segments, surrounding the words "WILD GEMSTONES". In the center lies the words "WILD GEMSTONES" in dark navy blue text; the letter "O" of "GEMSTONES" is smaller sized and has two short horizontal dashes, above and below the letter. Immediately above and below the words "WILD GEMSTONES" lie two gold colored horizontal lines, which extend nearly the whole length of the words. Immediately above and below these gold lines, lie two midnight-blue colored horizontal lines, which extend nearly the whole length of the gold lines. Directly above and directly below the gold and blue horizontal lines, exists two midnight-blue colored diamond-shaped outlines; each of these diamond-shaped outlines is highlighted by midnight-blue colored, angled line segments. These angled line segments rest adjacent to two long midnight-blue colored horizontal lines with 90 degree bends at their outer end, which give form to a partial outline of a rectangular shape. On the left-hand side of the rectangular arrangement, directly above the 90 degree bend of the long midnight-blue colored horizontal line, rests a dark navy blue colored illustration of a natural formed crystal possessing four tipped points. Adjoined to this crystal illustration, protruding directly out of the upper-most crystalline point, is a rightward-facing flora branch of gold colored, radial-shaded leaves tallying twelve in number, interspersed with black-colored tiny, delicate bulbous protrusions tallying seven in number. On the right-hand side of the rectangular arrangement, directly below the 90 degree bend of the long midnight-blue colored horizontal line, rests a mirror image (flipped horizontally over a vertical central axis) of the same dark navy blue colored illustration of a natural formed crystal. Adjoined to this right-hand side crystal illustration, protruding directly out of the bottom-most crystalline point, exists the same, equally colored, flora branch illustration, which has been rotated clockwise 180 degrees. The rectangular arrangement as a whole is translucent, allowing for overlaying the mark on any color or pattern; in other words, the white background seen in the mark image is not claimed as part of the mark itself and, rather, is simply blank space upon which the mark design rests for illustrative purposes. |
