| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the word mark of "WaterFront.Inc" and wherein the ".Inc" extension attests that the status of the mark is that of being a premium web-domain business site that is legally incorporated and operating under U.S. Government laws, and further attests that it is a web-domain having both a local and an international reach. (1) As to fontstyle, the word mark then is incorporated into a drawing mark wherein the fontstyle of each of the three words is displayed as being in the same Sans-Serif font style typeface family; and with each of the three words being shown with initial-caps but in a lower-case lettering, and with each of the three words then varying in its lettering sizings and in its thicknesses of letter-stemming; (2) As to shading and coloring, each word is shown as having its own flexible variations of shading or coloring, and as having the three words in the mark as being in a hue contrast to each of the others. (3) As to borderings, the "Water" and "Front" wordings are prominently positioned with matching heights and as abutting against each other and with the two words' top portions then becoming the marks' topmost border; and then with the smallest word ".Inc" being shown in a very small and thin-sized typefont and positioned between the final "n" and "t" of the above word of "Front" so that the word ".Inc" therein functions as being the right bottom bordering of the mark. The mainsail is positioned atop the below mark's word of "Front" and situated within the "o" lettering with the mainsail's upper point extending backwardly above the "o" and its lower point extending backwardly at the bottom left of the "o". Beneath the sailboat are two ocean waves drawn as two wavy lines having contrasting hues depicting the crown, trough, and crest of wave surges, and, wherein the two water waves begin at the tail end of the "e" and flow over the bottom portions of the drawings' above letterings of "r" and "F" and "r", and then while the bottom wave ends below the "o", the top water wave continues to flow beneath the "o" and then up and over the left stem of the "n" where the wave ends in an upward flow within the "n" stem and whitespace. The drawing is situated as atop and inter-joined within the word element and as being positioned at the lower portions of the lettering between the "e" and the "t" and abutting the word ".Inc". |
