Description of Mark | The mark consists of three characters; the first male character has a pompadour hairdo with a musical note over his head, his tongue is hanging out of his mouth showing pointed teeth and a cigarette emitting smoke is dangling from his lower lip, two drops of saliva are falling from his bearded chin, he is holding a phonograph vinyl record in his right hand and an album cover depicting a person playing the guitar and the wording "REBEL ROUSERS" at the top of the cover is clenched against his side using his left arm that has a tattoo of a bird on his bicep, he is wearing a short-sleeved shirt and a belt with a rectangle belt buckle with the ace of spades on the buckle; to the right of the male character is profile of a woman's head, she has a spiked mohawk and a musical note near her forehead, she has two pierced earrings in her right ear and her tongue is hanging out of her mouth showing pointed teeth, a saliva drop is coming out of her mouth and there is a scarf around her neck; below the profile of the woman is a creature with short clumped hair and bulging eyeballs, its mouth is open showing pointed teeth and a phonograph record wedged in its mouth, two saliva drops are falling on each side of the record, near the bottom of the saliva drop is the cursive term Leecock; underneath the three characters appears a shaded oval with the stylized wording "VINTAGE VINYL" in the oval, the letter "I" in both terms have dots within circles above them; directly underneath appears the slogan "From the Obvious to the Obscure". |
