Description of Mark | The mark consists of a circle with a wavy black line dividing it into two roughly equal and irregularly shaped "semi-circles"; the left two-thirds of the upper semi-circle is yellow in color with a thin red line trimming the same on the outside, and the right one- third of the upper semi-circle is red. Superimposed on said yellow portion of the semi-circle is (i) a small stylized caricature of a chef with flesh-colored face, left hand and legs, which chef is wearing a white chef's cap, white tunic, a red kerchief and blue shoes, said chef's facial features are depicted in black and the chef caricature is trimmed on the outside by thin black lines (ii) a red oval containing the letters "VINA ACECOOK" in white, which red oval is circumscribed by three thin "concentric" alternating white, red and white lines, and (iii) the words "Best cook" in stylized black letters each of which is surrounded on the outside by white trim; the lower semi-circle consists of picture of a noodle, shrimp and vegetable dish, with the noodles being yellow in color, the shrimp red and white in color, the vegetables green in color and a small bunch of long stringy mushrooms being white in color. |
