| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging design in the form of a box. The box is primarily red on the top half and blue on the bottom half, separated by a white horizontal stripe. Centered near the top of the box is the word "VIDAL" in blue stylized font inside a white oval outlined in blue. The "A" has a white star overlayed on it. Beneath this appears the word "BURGER" in white stylized letters inside a red and black outlined oval design that is sandwiched between depictions of a top bun and bottom bun filled in with red, outlined in white, then outlined in black. On the bottom bun, the stylized wording "JELLY" appears in white and the bottom bun is centered at the top of a display window that is outlined in white. On the bottom right portion of the box is a depiction of a hamburger bun with various stylized burger ingredients, namely, an orange bun with white sesame seeds, a green slice of lettuce, a yellow slice of cheese, a cooked egg with yellow yoke surrounded by white, a red tomato with yellow seeds, a purple jelly, and a brown patty stacked on top of an orange bun.
