Description of MarkThe mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for wine in the shape of a trapezoid container intended to appear as a handbag with a contrasting checkerboard design appearing across the container and the word "VERNISSAGE" appearing across the front of the container. The container uses two different shades of a contrasting checkerboard design to simulate a cover flap and has a rectangular simulated snap closure for decorative purposes across the front of the container. The two front bottom corners of the container are covered with a solid, non-checkerboard design. The broken lines which appear partially around the perimeter of the trapezoid container and around the simulated flap in the drawing are a decorative element of the drawing intended to be representative of stitching and are claimed as a part of the mark. The handle shown by broken lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the handle's position in relation to the mark.
