Description of Mark | The mark consists of the words Ultra and Soft combined together to form one new word, UltraSoft retaining the capitalization of the letter U and the letter S. The letter f in the word soft is in lower case, and is exaggerated vertically to extend beyond the capitalized letters to resemble a shower or bath faucet, yet still maintaining the same font style of the original lower case letter f. Out of the right side of the newly configured letter f, are four water drops in oval, curved shapes having rounded outer edges on all four outer facing sides, with tapering inner edges coming to points, resembling water splashes coming out of a spout. Of the four splashes, there are two splash drops on the top, one on the right, curving up to a point to the left, and one on the left, curving up to a point to the right. Below those are two slightly larger water splash drops which tuck into the center of the top splashes, with one on the right, curving up to a point to the left, and one one on the left, curving up to a point to the right. In the lower portion of each of the four water drops is a thin outlined strip to convey the visual of light reflecting off of each drop. These reflections are at the lower most portion of each drop tapering from the center of the wide, rounded, outer edge, proceeding to the tapered points of the drop design. The reflection is situated at the bottom of each drop at a distance of approximately 5% up from the bottom edge of each curved design. The entire group of four splash drops are canted at a 45 degree angle to the top portion of the letter f giving the appearance of splashing water coming from the faucet. |
