| Description of Mark | The mark consists of three-dimensional configurations of product packaging as applied to the exterior of a service truck, including the elements contained on the front, back and both sides of the truck for the applied-for goods and services. The broken lines depicting tires, wheels, doors, door handles, front and rear vehicle lights, grille, license plate, windshield and windows, mirrors, truck cab interior, loading dock, engine parts, and menu boards all indicate placement of the mark on the service truck, and are not claimed as part of the mark. The product packaging consists of the following: [1] on the front hood of the truck, the words "Your Caffeination Destination" appear in white against a brown background, next to a blue pinpoint geo locator icon. Blue strips appear on the right and left side of the hood, with the main section of the hood in brown. On the bulkhead front of the vehicle, the words "Travelin' Tom's Coffee" are displayed in white against a blue background, with the white letters outlined in brown. The words are adjacent to the profile of a male figure in blue wearing orange sunglasses, holding a cup of coffee in his raised right hand.
