Trademark Statements

Description of MarkThe mark consists of the literal element is the word "TowMate" which is described below. All of the characters are outlined in white with black/dark grey gradient shadowing behind them as though the shadow being cast is from a light shining from the upper left corner of the image. The body of all the characters (with the exceptions of "o" and "e") are colored in a gradient red, beginning with the darkest shade of red at the bottom of the characters and the lightest shade of red being at the top of the characters. The first character is a stylized capitalized "T" that is slightly right leaning/italicized. The top right arm of the "T" extends out all the way to the far right tip of the "w" in "TowMate", though it remains spacially above it and does not touch it. The second character "o" in "TowMate" is visible as the result of contrast from an outer mailbox shaped object with an apparent antenna (extending upwards from the upper left side of it until its white outline contacts the white outline of the right arm of the "T" above it) and an inner vertical oblong object, both of which feature the red gradient as described above, while the slightly right leaning/italicized lowercase "o" is created from the white space in between the two. The "w" is stylized in that it is right leaning/italicized and lowercase and contains the common elements from above (red gradient/white outline with black/dark grey shadowing). The capital "M" is stylized in that it is right leaning/italicized and contains the common elements from above. The lowercase "a" is stylized in that it is right leaning/italicized and contains the common elements from above. The lowercase "t" is stylized in that it is right leaning/italicized and contains the common elements from above. The final character "e" is visible as the result of contrast from an outer mailbox'shaped object with an apparent antenna (extending upwards from the upper left side of it until it is at an even height as the top of the lowercase "t" preceding it) and an inner self-contained semi-circular object towards the top along with another semi-circular object attached to the outer body of the mailbox shaped object by an arm of sorts towards the lower part of the character, both of which feature the red gradient as described above, while the slightly right leaning/italicized lowercase "e" is created from the white space in between the two.
