| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a configuration of the packaging for the goods. The outline of the bag in broken lines and the horizontal broken lines at the top and bottom of the bag are intended to show the placement of the mark on the container and are not part of the mark. The mark consists of a rectangular shape divided into an upper green area and a lower yellow area, with a dark green curved line dividing the two areas. The green area contains dark green silhouettes of leaves and areas of white. Within the green area, and partially extending into the yellow area, is the word "TORTOLINES" displayed in yellow and having black and white outlining.
