| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a drawing with words; to the left is a drawing of the right side of a human head shown from the neck up; in the head, the brain area is depicted in graphic form and divided into nine areas, with each area surrounded by black lines and presented in the form of nine puzzle pieces, with four of the areas at the top of the brain, two in the second level down and three in the third level down; starting at the top level of the brain as shown and moving left, right and down, the first puzzle piece contains the stylized literal elements "Spyong!" in green with stylized black lines both within and outside the literal elements, and black specks in various places within, above and to the left of the black lines; the second puzzle piece contains stylized pieces of human brain in three groupings with the middle group containing nine pieces, in various shapes, in black, white, yellow, blue, pink and purple, a second smaller group, above and to the right of first group, of three pieces in black, yellow and pink and a third group, at the bottom and to the left of the first group, containing 3 pieces, using black yellow and pink, with black specks to the left of the first group and the third group; the third puzzle piece contains the stylized literal elements "WHAMM1", in red; the fourth puzzle piece contains the stylized literal elements "?!", in yellow, with a web of dots, in red, surrounding the literal elements; the fifth puzzle piece contains the stylized letters "BOOM", in red and yellow, with red dots scattered within the stylized yellow letters surrounded by stylized lines in black and grey; the sixth puzzle piece contains the stylized literal element "HA" written eleven times in two rows that are not straight; the seventh puzzle piece contains seven stylized stars, in red, and surrounded by black lines with black specs disbursed within the puzzle piece; the eighth piece contains a stylized human fist with a human nail bed in the thumb, in black and white, with parts of the fist in red on the fingers and outside the fist, above to the left, right and bottom; the ninth piece contains the stylized letters "BAM" with an irregularly shaped diagram with spiked lines in dark blue surrounded by black lines; a stylized human ear is drawn between and below the eighth and ninth puzzle pieces, in black and white; to the right on the face is a stylized human eye, nose, mouth and drawn areas to depict aging, in black; the bottom of the right cheek and the neck area is covered with stylized dots, in black and grey in some areas, with some areas at the bottom of the cheek, near the chin and the back and bottom of the neck, in solid black; to the right of the head and face, the four words "THINK ABOUT THE INK" are written in stylized letters, with the three words "THINK ABOUT THE" in black and white, and the fourth word "INK", in red, overlapping, in part, the word "THE", with splashes of color at various points of the word; the color white is used throughout the mark to fill in areas in which there is no literal element or drawing. |
