| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a circular in shape and consists of three circular parts. The outer most part is a solid narrow circular band giving the logo shape and containment. Directly inside the outermost part are the words of the name of the tool. The area of words are separated in half horizontally with a bar extending from the center part of the logo. The top region has the words "The Perfect" following the circular shape of the logo and the bottom region has the words "Miter Tool" following the circular shape of the logo. The words are capitalized, evenly spaced and read normally when viewed: left-to-right and right-side-up. The inner most part consists of a solid circular area with a likeness of the tool itself displayed within. The tool is presented at an approximate left 45 degree angle from vertical. The inner most solid circular area has a bar extending from the center horizontally forming a banner. The extensions terminate outside the outer most solid band, with inward-facing points, or arrow tips. The extensions each have a 5-point star over the wording area. |
