| Description of the Colors Claimed | The mark consists of Words-- "The Music Motel.com" Design-- A 1950s-style roadside motel sign consisting of two overlapping black ovals (the larger one centered and the smaller in the upper left corner) set against a dark desert horizon at twilight with dark mountains in the distance and dark sky above lit by the fading sun beyond the horizon. The sky is colored shades of olive green, blue and white. The sign has muted letters outlined by neon lights. "THE" and "MOTEL" are in olive green block capital letters and ".com" is in olive green block lower case letters. "Music" is in blue-white cursive letters with a stylized initial capital letter and the rest lower case letters. The "M" in the word "Music" has a leading loop that wraps around the staff of a khaki neon-outlined goldenrod streamlined musical thirty-second note. Four yellow neon horizontal lines suggestive of a musical staff frame the words and the musical note.
