The inner circle contains a shield shaped crest which is divided into four quadrants. Each quadrant contains an object illustrated as follows: the letter "A" within a bolded circle is the object within the north quadrant of the crest, a five petaled flower is the object within the east quadrant of the crest, a capital styled building with a triangle base is the object within the south quadrant of the crest and a bumble bee is the object within the west quadrant of the crest.
