| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the stylized wording "THE CIVILTY SQUAD" encircled by fourteen stylized and spherical cartoon figures with sticks for limbs. The words "THE CIVILITY" are in smaller lettering than, and appear above, the word "SQUAD", in which the center of the letter "Q" contains a stylized, five-pointed star, and the center of the letter "A" contains a stylized lightning symbol. Beginning above the word "CIVILITY" and progressing clockwise, a very small figure is being looked at by another, larger and peanut-shaped figure wearing a small, brimless hat and eyeglasses having a handle. To the right of this, is an oblong figure wearing shoes and a headband with small dots on its lower border, whose eyes appear closed. To the lower right of this is a larger, hot-dog shaped figure handing three toy balloons to a smaller figure, and both of these figures are wearing conical party hats. Beneath this is a lemon-shaped figure with eyeglasses. To the left of this, are two figures looking at each other, with the rightmost of these two figures being peanut-shaped and having a heart atop its head, and the leftmost of these two figures being smaller, with a tuft of hair atop its head. To the left of this are two more figures facing each other, with a small heart above and between them. The rightmost of these next two figures is smaller, with closed eyes and a tuft of hair atop its head. The leftmost of these two figures is larger, and also has a tuft of hair atop its head. To the left of this is a plus sign-shaped figure wearing a thin headband, with a small plus sign on its right side. Above this, and to the left of the word "SQUAD" is a figure wearing a dotted headband and carrying a pennant. Above this is a heart-shaped, mustachioed figure with tufts of hair on either side of its head, doffing a small top hat.
