| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the stylized wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION", "MISSION WRAPS", "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION", and "MISSION WRAPS". Across the top of the mark is a rectangular, dark red banner with a curved bottom edge which is dark brown. Inside the rectangular banner are dark brown, diagonal lines extending both from the bottom left to top right and from top left to bottom right, creating a crossing pattern. Partially covering the left side of the banner is a small rectangle with curved edges. The center of the small rectangle is white, and the border is dark brown. Inside of the small rectangle is a dark red leaf design, centered to the right. Below the dark red banner, is a black design of a grill with black smoke extending from the top, extending upwards into the dark red banner. Below the dark red banner, centered in the middle of the mark is a design of a yellow arch outlined white and again in gold, containing a red and gold bell hanging from a black poll in a white cutout of the arch. One gold flower shape appears to both the left and the right of the cutout. Above the cutout appears the stylized, red wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION". Below the arch appears the stylized, white wording "MISSION" inside of a red rectangle which is outlined in yellow and black. Below the red rectangle appears the stylized, white and grey wording "WRAPS" which is outlined in grey. The wording "WRAPS" appears inside of a dark brown banner with curved, dark red edges. The banner is further outlined on the bottom and top edges in grey, which is further outlined in dark red on the bottom. Below the banner design appears a pile of grilled, red, purple, green, and yellow vegetables with black grill lines. To the right of the vegetables appear two sandwich wrap halves. The sandwich wrap halves are both light brown with brown grill marks on the outside and contain, in the center, green, yellow, red, purple, brown and white filling. Along the bottom of the design appears a dark red rectangle. Inside of the dark red rectangle, to the left, appears a design of a yellow arch outlined in gold, containing a red and gold bell hanging from a black poll in a white cutout of the arch.
