| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the stylized wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION", "MISSION WRAPS", "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION", and "MISSION WRAPS". Across the top of the mark is a rectangular, light green banner with a curved bottom edge which is dark green. Inside the rectangular banner are designs of wheat spikes, tomatoes and plant leaves in green. Partially covering the left side of the banner is a small rectangle with curved edges. The center of the small rectangle is white, and the border is dark green. Inside of the small rectangle is a light green leaf design, centered to the right. Below the light green banner, centered in the middle of the mark is a design of a yellow arch outlined in white and again in gold, containing a red and gold bell hanging from a black poll in a white cutout of the arch. One gold flower shape appears to both the left and the right of the cutout. Above the cutout appears the stylized, red wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION". Below the arch appears the stylized, white wording "MISSION" inside of a red rectangle which is outlined in yellow and black. Below the red rectangle appears the stylized, white and grey wording "WRAPS" which is outlined in dark green. The wording "WRAPS" appears inside of a light green banner with curved, dark green edges. The banner is further outlined on the bottom and top edges in yellow, which is further outlined in gold on the bottom. Below the banner design appear two green sprigs of rosemary. To the right of the rosemary appear three light green and light brown olives. To the right of the olives appear two sandwich wrap halves. The sandwich wrap halves are both light brown on the outside and contain, in the center, green, pink, white and dark green filling. Along the bottom of the design appears a light green rectangle. Inside of the light green rectangle, to the left, appears a design of a yellow arch outlined in gold, containing a red and gold bell hanging from a black poll in a white cutout of the arch. One gold flower shape appears to both the left and the right of the cutout. Above the cutout appears the stylized, red wording "THE AUTHENTIC TRADITION". Below the arch appears the stylized, white wording "MISSION" inside of a red rectangle which is outlined in yellow and black. To the right of the arch and rectangle design, still inside of the light green rectangle appears the stylized, white and gold wording "WRAPS" which is outlined in dark green. The wording "WRAPS" appears inside of a green banner with curved, dark green edges. To the right of the wording, still inside of the light green rectangle appear two horizontal, white curvy lines. To the right of the lines, still inside of the light green rectangle appears a small, white rectangle with curved, dark green edges. Inside of the small rectangle is a light green leaf design, centered to the right. At the bottom, right side of the white rectangle appears a small, dark green circle which is outlined in green.
