| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a starburst, with the wording "The 5th year" superimposed on top of it, with the "5" being larger and in italic font, and with "The", "th" and "year" being in smaller italic font, with "The" running up the top part of the left side of the "5", and with "th year" being to the right of the "5". The central wording and design are partially encompassed by a stethoscope in a circular design, with a paw print at the left bottom end of the stethoscope and with the ear pieces at the right bottom end of the stethoscope. In between the two ends of the stethoscope completing the circular border appear five solid five-point stars at the bottom of the mark, the middle such star being the largest, with one star on either side of the middle star being slightly smaller, and with one star on either end being still smaller.
