We provide a set of devices (hardware and software - mobile or immobile) that help users optimize and monitor the resource usage while improving the return on investment. We provide a set of methods to install, monitor, navigate and maintain the processes that work together to achieve a desired outcome. Main difference will be the perspective offered to the internal and external users to manage various relationships that define the model. Most important difference will be the ability to monitor and make decisions in real time to optimize resource usage and improve performance in a given domain (patentable proceeding). We want to enable more ways to monitor, collect and distribute feedback about the way customers interact with an organization while providing more online / offline methods. |
