Trademark Statements
Indication of Colors claimed | The color(s) brown, and gold is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. |
Description of Mark | The mark consists of the word TEXAS is spelled in capitalized text with gold letters and brown background shading; each subsequent letter being reduced in size until the last letter is approximately half the height of the first letter. The word Rattler is spelled in a stylized script with the tail of the last letter underlining the lower case script of the word Rattler. The script is colored with the same color of gold with brown background shading as is the text. Both the text and the script are enclosed with quotation marks in the same repeating colors. Centered above the text and script is an image of a circular coiled rattlesnake with it's tongue clearly visible and it's rattle tail showing as a slender projection. The diameter of the image of the coiled rattlesnake is approximately one-half the width of the combined text and script. The mark is used on the left and right doors of an automobile; consequently when displayed on the right (passenger) door, the head of the rattlesnake faces forward to the last letter of the script - on the left (driver)door the rattlesnake is a mirror image and the head of the rattlesnake will face forward to the first letter of the text. The rattlesnake is also colored in the same contrasting gold and brown scheme . |
