Description of Mark | The mark consists of an image of a conifer shaped Christmas tree having ornaments located thereon, the tree having a pointed top with a star centered above the point, with three levels of boughs, each level of boughs extending outwardly to a point, and adjacent and inward from each point a circular ornament representing a snowball, and further inward from each snowball an ornament representing a snowflake, and extending downward below the star and below the snowflake ornament on the top bough level, another snowball shaped ornament, and below that at the upper reaches of a mid-bough level, a heart, and below that at the upper reaches of the bottom bough level, a tulip shaped flower ornament having a downwardly extending stem with two leafs extending outward therefrom, and below the flower, a snowball shaped ornament located roughly at the center of the bottom bough level, and where the bottom bough level further includes heart shaped ornaments to the left and right below the flower ornament, and at the lower reaches of the bottom bough, two doves facing each other; a short stump extends below the bottom bough, and below the tree, the words capitalized words TAPIS and TREES are provided with TAPIS centered above TREES, and with each word including therein a short stem with tree needles therein, and where a one round ornament hangs down on the right bottom bough to form a dot over the "I" in TAPIS. |
