| Description of Mark | The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration or trade dress of the appearance and design of the exterior of a vehicle fueling station, shown in a front elevation view. The vehicle fueling station canopy fascia is a horizontal rectangular band finished in solid blue. A white rectangular panel is positioned at the center of the canopy fascia. Red diagonal chevron accent stripes appear on each side of the white center panel, angling outward from the white panel toward the blue field.
