| Description of Mark | The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a cylindrical container with a lid and interior divider. The lid of the container contains a central design comprised of concentric circles from which straight lines of varying lengths radiate outward, forming a sunburst effect. Centered within these circles is a subtly curved six-pointed celestial star design that overlaps a dotted circle. Each of the six points of the celestial star contains two stars of differing sizes. At the center of the celestial star are two crescent moons facing opposite directions. One crescent moon is facing to the left and the other to the right. Between the two crescent moons is a full moon. Around the top and bottom of the central design on the lid appears the wording "SYNC BOTANICALS CO." in a stylized font and arched around the contours of the design element. When viewed from the front, the body of the container features two concentric circles from which straights lines of varying lengths radiate outward to form a sunburst effect. When viewed from the back, the body of the container contains the wording "LISTEN TO THE RHYTHM." with the wording "SYNC YOUR LIFE." directly underneath.
