| Description of Mark | The mark consists of five concentric circles with two images in the upper left and right quadrants of the circles. Starting outward and moving inward to the center of the circles is a black outer circle, a yellow circle, a large red circle, a white circle, and a small red circle forming a dot or pinpoint image at the very center of the circles. The circles are divided into quadrants by horizontal and vertical white lines. The white lines are wider towards the center of the white circle and taper into four sharp points as the lines move outward from the center of the small red circle toward the boundaries of the large red and yellow circles. The white horizontal and vertical lines, combined with the white circle and the small red circle, project the image of placing a target within the crosshairs of a precise targeting system. A red band arches across the upper left quadrant outside and touching the black outer circle. The words "STRIKELINK" are printed in yellow inside the red arching band. The upper right quadrant contains a black image that begins as a lightning bolt outside the black outer circle. As the black lightning bolt transverses the black, yellow and red circles it transforms into the head and three talons of a raptor (a bird of prey such as an eagle, hawk, or falcon), with its talons extended as if it is in attack mode. At the head of the raptor is a red slanted eye. The image of the black lightning bolt/attacking raptor is bordered by a yellow band at the bottom and a silver band at the top. |
