| Concurrent Use Statement | Per the requirements for a concurrent use application provided in TMEP Section 1207.04(d)(i), Applicant submits the following verified statements: (1) Applicant uses and seeks concurrent use registration of the applied-for mark STORWISE SELF STORAGE & Design for "Providing self-storage facilities for others" in Class 39 ("Applicant's Services") throughout the area comprising the States of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (the "Haggar Territory"). Applicant markets, promotes, and offers for sale Applicant's Services under the applied-for mark.
