| Description of Mark | The mark consists of an open circle with the upper sixth tens of the circle colored in white with a depiction of the lower portion of the state of Michigan in military green with flecks of light green centered in the middle of the upper portion. The top of the state depiction is colored in flecked gold that appear to be dripping down from the top. The upper portion of the circle is outlined in a strip of dark blue that breaks on either side before it touches the lower portion of the circle.
