| Description of Mark | The mark consists of two concentric white circles. In an arc at the top of and between the circles are the words "STICKS TO BRICKS" in white capital letters. In an arc at the bottom of and between the circles are the words "BUILDING TOMORROW TOGETHER" in white capital letters. The two phrases are separated by two white stars, one on either side of the concentric circles. In the center of the inner circle is a black shield outlined in white that is divided by a white pointed cylindrical device that extends horizontally beyond the borders of the shield. At the top of the shield are the letters "PHPA" in large white, italicized letters with parts of the letters outlined in gold. The first "P" is centered over a gold star-like design and the portion of the "P" within that pattern is outlined in black. At the bottom of the shield is a white stylized bricklayer's trowel crossed over a white stylized hockey stick. Above them is a small white star, to their left is the abbreviation "EST." in white and to their right is the year "2018" in white. Behind the shield inside the inner circle is a black and white pattern of rectangles resembling bricks. All the foregoing appears on a square black background. |
