Positioned above the shield and under the arch is a fist pointing upward and the fist is grasping crossed key and scepter. Positioned below the columns and shield is a banner superimposed over the Greek alphabet letter "KAPPA" and the banner bears the Latin phrase "STELLIS AEQUUS DURANDO". The banner is positioned above the Roman numeral "MDCCCL". This circular design is encircled by a multiplicity of closely positioned dots and surrounding this circle of dots is a ring consisting of generally parallel dotted lines and the words, "SEAL OF THE GRAND CHAPTER OF THE PHI KAPPA SIGMA FRATERNITY" and a flower at that bottom superimposed over the generally parallel dotted lines and this ring is bordered by an outer circle. |
