The black polygons are each separated by first a white space then a red polygon, another white space, another red polygon and a final white space. Inside of the polygons is a circle made up of a black dashed lined using 12 dashes. Inside of the dashed circle are the words "SPORTS LEGENDS CHALLENGE" stacked with only one word per line. "SPORTS LEGENDS" is all uppercase and in red using a serif font. "CHALLENGE" is also all uppercase, but is in black and uses a sans serif font. Above "SPORTS" are three black, five-point stars. Below "CHALLENGE" are three black, five-point stars. Above the poker chip are images of the backs of five, fanned-out playing cards. The cards overlap each other in the bottom right corner.
